The art of dumplings

The jiaozi-maker was busy making more of his jiaozi (stuffed, steamed dumplings) whilst we ate. As such artistes are, he was very deft and economical in his actions.

Every time he made 10 he would put them in a steamer and put it at the bottom of the tower.

The girls riding past on one of Kunming's ubiquitous electric scooters, were carrying five small dogs between the three of them.
