Hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil

My little Buddha figurines I bought in Mojacar.

I am guessing they mean hear no evil, see no evil and speak no evil (i could be wrong!).

If anyone knows any more about them or who the Buddha/monk is then please let me know as I would love to know more about them.
