A little blue

We were all a little sad when it was time* to leave our friends. It is great to see them so settled already into their new French life, if not their final home. And it was really great to see the future new home which, if a little broken at the moment, will certainly not be for long and will suit them perfectly. We look forward to staying there next time :-)

Anna doesn't like this picture as she likes the nice bright colourful one but I was having fun playing and I think it is more interesting. This was taken on our cobweb blowing away walk around a lake this morning after everybody's late night. The kids only just beat us into bed. Back home for a very lovely and restoring lunch before our goodbyes.

It is nice to be home, of course. And it is only 6 more sleeps until our next holiday!
