Hot springs!

As you can guess I have a hangover today! And today my hangover is particularly bad! I did not throw up but perhaps a tactical vomit would have helped! I did however fall asleep stood up in the shower!

Headed into Banff with the guys from the other group, all nursing a hangover so it was 13:00 until we got anywhere and we got as far as a pub! Managed to see some if the football results and noticed Birmingham lost to derby and Leeds lost but know very little else. Anyway a manly orange juice and fish and chips was enjoyed as the hangover eased slightly, before heading back to camp and having a nap!

Nap interrupted by badger and her new hat, a hat which has burt from sesame street on and strangely suits her, she also not only loves her hat but loves shaking chicken in a bag! Shake and bake chicken has a new lover in the form of a badger!

Shake and bake finished we headed of to the hot springs of Banff, a natural hot spring that is supposed to be extremly good for you and is 39degrees, I managed to last 14 minutes before I had to quit and get out, the eat was just to much!

Couple of beers and a campfire to round of the day! Very relaxing
