Gazpacho

Toots made Gazpacho today, full of goodness and more than 5 a day. I love summer time. It is SOOOO hot here today 35 degrees.

I love this weather, maybe it is being brought up in the UK, it feel like i am on holiday I LOOOOVE the heat.

I think i would like to live in a hot country all year round.

My dream is to live in Ibiza for winter and maybe i could cope with the UK the rest of the time. I would hate to be in Ibiza over August it is toooo hot and humid.
Although saying that it is much like today.

Ok maybe i could cope with A/C !
