Motivation

With me working in the security industry I like to work out regularly so have converted one of our reception rooms into a gym. I have been finding it hard to keep motivated just recently with us being busy in the event season and work taking me all over the uk.

Being lucky enough to be head of security for our local cinema over time I have picked up a few cardboard advertising boards and banners along with loads of posters.

I thought get a few put up around the room may just give me a reason to lift that extra few kilos.

With these 2 banners in the corner I face towards when using my multi-gym I am definately keener to get in the gym. Happy days
