You can hear the council meeting now;
Councillor A "The street lightings rubbish, what if someone crashes & sues us?"
Councillor B "Well we have some money left, what about brighter bulbs or a few more lamp posts?"
A "It still wont be perfect & we might still get sued"
B "Well what can we do?"
A "Spend the money on metal signs to TELL people the lightings crap, then its their own fault if they crash & they cant sue us!"
