Colorful Buggy

This must be my week for bugs and insects. I went into the garden for less than 10 minutes today and came back with a lot of very sharp, crisp shots of bees, dragonflies and bugs. My dragonfly shots were the best and are much clearer, sharper and more colorful than yesterday's, but, hey, I just did a dragonfly yesterday; "dragonfly" will not become a series, so I went with the bug.

The bug, some sort of fly was not more than 1/8" in length and skittish like most bugs. I was luck to catch him four times. The color, to me is amazing. All I had to do was to crop the shot.

It was wildly hot here in southeastern North Carolina again today. I'm looking forward to some milder weather.
