Snowflakes in August

I love Queen Anne's Lace.

I remember when I was little my mother showed me how to put it in a vase filled with water and food coloring, and the flowers would soak up the color and turn pink, blue, purple... It was magical.

Heading to Vermont tomorrow. The Big Day is Saturday, so Friday I throw the rehearsal dinner. We are feeding 50-60 people, yikes!

Can't wait to see everyone.
