Chicken Divan

Time for the old staple of Chicken Divan. Following on from the roast earlier this week, I thought I'd use up the last of the left over meat, plus mum's not feeling too good. She's got a nasty insect bite to her ankle and is on some fairly hefty tablets to reduce the infection, and she always enjoys this dish.

Of course this is not the first time this recipe has made an appearance...
