Make your stew a day ahead!

Dutch summer, perfect weahter for a stew next to the fireplace. Well, shame about the weather, but food and company made up for it :D
(and to be honest, we didn't need to warm ourselves with fire. We used alcohol for that :P )

Not the best shot in the world, my bad. We left a little later then planned, and it was a quarter to twelve, so no excuses or other options available.... ah well :D
