Torchlight procession.

This is one of Lymes more sedate and beautiful traditions for carnival week unlike Monday nights.

The torchlight procession is beautiful. We walk with lit torches from the top gardens, down the highstreet, along the parade and out along the cobb. We were actually 2nd in it behind the town crier so I had the chance to see what the whole thing looked like. It was amazing well worth keeping the children up for. This is taken from the Cobb with the candles reflecting in the harbour water.
