Cactus factory

I've always wondered what the Photoshop HDR (high dynamic range) plug-in does, so this morning, as it's raining again, I took a couple of RAW shots of my pet cactuses and passed them through the HDR process.

Here's the result.

Not really sure what difference there is to a straightforward shot to be honest.
