Asparagus

This with a poached egg was lunch.

I tried to create a menu that didn't involve me having to do much walking around.

You take so much for granted when you have use of both feet.

I boiled the asparagus then poached the egg in the same water (with the addition of vinegar). Interestingly the rice wine vinegar made the green water clear again.
