I tried to go and get some fresh air as I don't feel very well today. So took the kids to the park on their scooters/bikes. Beth has a balance bike and she is doing really well with it and getting quite fast.

Wasn't a long outing as we are now at home watching Spy Kids. The trip didn't make me feel any better :(
