I refuse to accept the fact that the autumn is coming already. So me and the family take the most out of summer while it's still here, and eating outside is one of the best things in it.

The recipe for flamed salmon (loimulohi in Finnish) is really plain and simple: rub some salt and white pepper on a raw fish and hang it up in the fireplace, 30 centimeters from the flames. Keep up the fire for about one hour or more, and it's ready!
