Birthday bash

We don't often do barbecues, and I'm not particularly bothered about making a fuss for my birthday, but this year it seems to have been determined that we would combine the two.

It also seems to have been determined that the entire family would come along with some friends, and I would do the cooking...

I have yet to ascertain where or when this determination was made.

However, the weather cleared for us, the afternoon was enjoyed by all .... and those sausages were superb!

Sometimes thing just work.
