Sweet

I made coconut cupcakes today for boyfriend's dad (his birthday) and for boyfriend to share with his coworkers tomorrow morning. Today they are all at the store really late doing inventory and so I thought it would be nice for them to have a treat! I hope they taste good, I must admit they were rather labor intensive. I must express the importance of reading through ALL the instructions before beginning, merely skimming off will lead one to quite a surprise. Bon appetite!
