Wire Rings

Making more wire rings today these are two of the four i've made. Will Blog the others here later.

Used Chinese Crystal beads, semi precious beads and pearls. I like to combine different types of beads to add depth and texture to them.

The green and blue ring is to match some earrings i made earlier this month, or maybe even July and have followed their design. This is the first time i've added dangly beads to a wire ring, it makes a lovely sound as you move around.

Hoping the lady who's getting them likes both, she tells me they are to take on holiday instead of her 'good stuff'.

Since getting a small vice and G clamp to hold the ring sizer it has become so much easier to make these rings. Made them ok in the class but when got home i wasn't able to hold the wire, doesn't help when you constantly shake from medication but i see it as a challenge and it makes the finished items even more special.
