Eggs

I saw eggs this morning on the Blipfoto home page. Poached, fried, scrambled... I love eggs and all day long I've been hankering after eggs. So tonight's simple supper was fried eggs on toast. Almost went for poached, but the Boy wanted fried (they're his fave), so there we have it.

Happy eggs from our own chickens, with the added splodge of HP.

Heaven.
