The great Borders bake off

In a blatant rip off of a lady on The great British bake off, which I watched for the first time last night, we (back into our Wednesday baking day routine) attempted to make chocolate marble cakes. With minty icing. The marbling didn't really work, but the cakes tasted good and we enjoyed licking the spoons from the melted chocolate pan.
