a cats dinner

Today was a day for delays. Started off well, Martins gran got taken 15 mins early for a hospital appointment (and when does that ever happen?!?) so away from the hospital 5 minutes before the appointment was due to be! Next, into town to meet a friend for lunch, but she was waiting for her plumber to arrive and at 2.15 I gave in and had lunch (Euan had his at 1.30!) without her. She was still waiting for the plumber at 2.45. Was meeting a friend for a walk at 3.15, she text to say her appointment was running late, could we meet at 3.30, then finally she arrived at 3.50! Thouroughly enjoyed our walk and Euan and "Cahl" enjoyed a play at the park. Home for tea at 5.30. Feels like I haven't stopped all day!
