Predicting the weather is not a matter of experience anymore. It is calculated with mainframes, a sort of supercomputers. They calculate according programmed models millions and millions combinations. The longer period ahead to predict, the harder it gets for the computer and the bigger the possible error in the prediction. Maximum period that the computer can look ahead is accepted now at 120 hours, but even with a relative calm and apparently easy to predict day as today, the computer has no eyes to look up at the sky. A beautiful sunny and dry day was predicted yesterday but we started with rain this morning, had clouds all day and ended with rain. Even my daughter was surprised by a shower when playing in the garden.
