Streaks in the Night

I went to the overpass of the highway near my house and snapped this photo with a long exposure (4 sec. I think). Unfortunately, they have fences on the sides of the overpasses so people won't jump. I'll be on the lookout for unsafe overpasses as I drive around for the next few days.
