Dreams and aspirations

Well it was results day today for AS levels and the next stepping stone to Uni - the hard work has paid off but still a long way to go with one final year at school ahead. No doubt the media will start saying yet again that exams are getting too easy but these young people do work so hard and then their efforts are rubbished in the press.
The future's so uncertain for our youngsters and the value of their achievements must not be undermined; let's hope that opportunities for the next generation are not messed up by us so called experienced and wiser ones - think we may have caused enough damage in recent times?
