Lovely neighbours...

Today's blip comes from a street near us. The 'polite notice' was actually put up about October last year and is still here. For the record, I had never noticed anyone blocking the aforementioned driveways and he has since taken the liberty of preventing this anyway by actually parking in front of his own driveways thus not actually using them anyway!

I bet his neighbours love him! Where's a London rioter when you need them?!
