Grass tree

This is a small Grass Tree or Xanthorrhoea. They grow all over our property and apparently take many years to grow.
I discovered a Yoga pose that I am teaching myself, called the Sun Salutation :) It just sounds so warm and inviting. The idea is that if I teach myself one new Yoga or Pilates exercise every week, I will be able to do them anywhere, anytime :)
