Multi-National Haddington

All things Francais being displayed in Haddington this week - all down to a visit by officials from Aubigny, their twin town in France.

The local up-market wine shop (none of your chain rubbish here) has a selection of expensive French wine in the window, the jewellers has tri-colour jewels on display, and Joe Forte's sport shop has framed photos of French sporting heroes to peruse. Personally I'd have had a huge pic of James McFadden's famous 35yd shot that beat the celebrated French football team in their own midden in 1997
