Water and Stone (and Wood)

It was time for some DIY long exposure photography with the cheapest of ND filters around: I had a welding glass attached in front of my lens and was thus able to push the exposure times up to three minutes on a bright day. My way of doing this must have cost me one per cent of the value of the Big Stopper filter.

Photographed here are the rapids around which the city of Helsinki was born in 1550.
