Dear Santa

Yes I know it is only August, Santa but I would like to give you my Christmas list as there is only one thing on it but it might take you a while to organise.

I would really like this house, or one like it.

I would love to live by the canal, there would be lots of paddling opportunities and, of course, I could make furiends with the ducks and other canal critters.

So, if I promise to be a really good dog would there be any chance?
