Butter Bridge

Driving home from work tonight I stopped at Butter Bridge to blip.

If you do not know of it here's some info.....

"Travelling through Glen Kinglas you follow in the footsteps of drovers and red coats. The 18th century was a time of political turmoil in Scotland. After the Jacobite Rebellion of 1745 soldiers, known as red coats, built a military road from Dumbarton to Inveraray to bring peace to the Highlands. It came through the glen and crossed Kinglas Water here at Butter Bridge."

Quote from the National Park sign.
