Edinburgh fringe

We have had a day trip on the train to Edinburgh to meet Nicky, Jude & Freddie who are staying there for a week. Jude's brother & his girlfriend are in a show, (late night Gimp show). We didn't actually have time to see any shows but we had a lovely walk in the park, up to the castle & down the Royal Mile with several stops along the way for the hippy hubby! We stopped to listen to this jazz singer, he was great. Wish we'd had more time. As the atmosphere was so great, we are now planning a longer trip next year.
