tempus fugit

Pwllstrodyr

Just another Pembrokeshire bay on an August afternoon: no road, no cars, no car park, no public conveniences, no facilities of any kind - just sun, sand, shingle, rocks, stream and sea, and a few discerning folk with fortunate children and dogs.

The name means Cart-saddle Pool from the deeply curved shape of the part of a working horse's harness designed to take the weight of the shafts.

For once, there's nothing more to say.
