Old and new

After a week or so of fine dry weather, it's back to the rain
Why is it, when we live in a soddin' rain forest, that people say we need the rain when it's been dry for 3 or 4 days. Do they not remember the 245 consecutive effin days of rain we had from October to July?
Or am I exaggerating just a little bit?
It doesn't matter. Bring back the sunshine for chrissake
Couldn't get in the mood for anything today. The rain kept me from going outside and I couldn't be arsed setting up any lights inside. And I didn't have any ideas either
The hanging basket outside the garage enabled me to stay dry and try to get these fuschias in some way or another
