Dappled light through branches

After the beautiful colours of yesterday when the sun shone for the first time this month (?!) the return to grey skies of today made the garden almost seem monochrome. I hate this time of year when you feel as if you are trying to hold onto Summer but it runs regardless through your fingers as if water.
