After an overhaul in the dentist for Rachel and I, we drove home via Kinsale and called in on eldest daughter Rosie where she and a group of friends share a house overlooking the sea. We walked on the beach to blow the cobwebs away, then Rosie gave us a hula hoop demo., she says she would like a fire hoop for Christmas !!
