When we walk Liffey, we usually take her one of two ways; the woods, or the 'triangle'. When we go to the triangle, there's a playing field just beyond it which my sister taught Liffey to run the length of, then run back along the path (as in the picture) while she just stood there.

With a little encouragement, she will do this quite happily. It's a useful habit as it means she gets more exercise and we have to walk less ... I didn't say that ...

I think she spotted the crisp packet just as I was taking the photo. Poor nervous wreck of an Irish Setter.
