Queen's Birthday

Actually, it is not the Queen's birthday at all, but the late Queen mum's birthday. But because our present Queen's birthday is January 28th, it was decided to keep it at April 30st. Just because of the cold weather in January. This picture tells a story that is universal, it could be taken in South Africa or South East Asia as well. They are exactly the same.
