Moments.....

I was watching Candice peel potatoes for dinner, when I noticed her ring. And it struck me that sometimes, precious moments and memories can slip away without you even noticing.
She has been wearing the ring constantly for a while, but it was only tonight that I remembered that I used to wear the exact same ring when I was a teenager. It was, in fact, one of a collection I wore regularly.
Strangely, by remembering one little thing, it brings back other memories of my childhood that I was sure I had forgotten.
