Optimistic popping

This is the optimist in me. We hope to exchange contracts in the morning. Move after the weekend.
I've loved living in this house. We renovated it from a stinky, dirty house that hadn't been given a clean for a few years.
The old fella that lived and died here would be happy with what we've done.
Dunno how I know that but I do.
Now it's time to move onto another unloved and needy house to make happier.
