Amusingly, I was a witness to this Blip, and here I am driving along the road just 2 days later, and the self same beastie pulls out in front of me...

I missed blipping the guy driving the car next me, who was trying to take a photo with one hand whilst keeping half an eye on the road in front. Fellow Blipper perhaps?
