Homemade Sushi

As we had Friday evening free (a rarity for us) we decided to try out making sushi again. Always a treat

Little bit too much wasabi this time around in a few of the maki - at one point it felt like it had moved from my mouth, through my nose and into my brain! At least with wasabi the heat doesn't stick around for long!

I'm sure it won't put us off making it in the future, we still love sushi. Just next time maybe leave out the wasabi!
