Poached egg and tradition

A bit of a departure from the dinner photos. Today's shot is breakfast because it was a bit of a moment... one of my best ever poached eggs with bread by Chris. Dad cooks a great poached egg (usually it's a Sunday night thing) and I've been interested in trying to carry on this tradition. It's a work in progress.
