A brief pause

"My feet look so weird in this! Even the blurriness is odd, it isn't uniform", goes S.

For the next week it isn't how the feet look that will matter. Rain-prone as the area is - in fact, rain is the source of what we are headed to see - I am hoping for intermittent dry spells.
