Muddy Shoes

Chipping Show Fell Race was very muddy today, this was the state of my running shoes when I got home, I'm going to have to handwash the socks!

The race was from the showfield at Chipping, out to Fairsnape Fell and Parlick before returning to the showfield, 7.5 miles with 1800ft of ascent.
