Spuddies

By this evening two things will have happened:

1. These potatoes will have been peeled, par-boiled, rumpled, sprinkled with semolina, and roasted in olive oil with garlic and rosemary to accompany a roast corn-fed chicken.

2. Jenson Button will have fought through from thirteenth on the grid at Spa to take victory after his team mate has tangled with that young German whippersnapper and taken them both out.

Perhaps the first is more of a betting certainty...
