zombie sky

Not a great day as far as the weather was concerned. Visited the botanic gardens in the west end this afternoon but wasn't too enamoured with anything I shot there.

Later I was watching the musical campness that is the Umbrellas of Cherbourg when the sky outside took a weird glow. Added to that a police helicopter hovered above the place adding an apocalyptic air to the sunset.

This is one of the few photos I took but now I kick myself that I didn't think to take a prop outside and make some sort of gesture at the sky with a fist, or sword or knife? Oh well, maybe next apocalypse.
