The blowholes at the Pancake Rocks were spectacular with the big swell, and the rain kept many tourists away.

I learned a lesson in automatic photography: the more white water in the middle of the photo, the darker the rocks. So this was not the most spectacular shot of the day but it shows the spray and the rocks

This was another day where it was hard to choose my blip from the many shots I took... such is the beauty of the West Coast
