Waiting ....

.... for the (ahem) Great Norwich Duck Race to happen. Apparently there were 2 races: the corporate race (large ducks) and the general race (smaller, cheaper ducks). As we had to go down the railway station to get a rail ticket for Rol to go down to London we thought we'd swing by to watch the duck race ....

We saw about 50 of the very imaginatively decorated 'corporates' come floating - yes, floating, definitely not racing - down the river and then kind of just stop and start going round in circles.

As it was a tad chilly we didn't wait to see whether not one of the ducks would make a last minute bid for the finish line so decamped for a quick pint before we trotted off home.
