August's Crown

Whilst August yet wears her golden crown,
Ripening fields lush- bright with promise;
Summer waxes long, then wanes, quietly passing
Her fading green glory on to riotous Autumn.

Sun, sun, and more glorious sun today. We awoke to a crisp but sunny morning that warmed up without humidity. August is definitely coming to a close.

Also closed in on one of the mice. One less rodent living in my house. Things are looking up.

I tried to get a shot without the inchworm, but I ended up liking how it was stretching up to the sun and consider it a bonus.
